每個月雙週週六下午2時到6時的「台東2626市集」，在武陵綠色隧道舉行，市集的鹿頭形象標誌就是鹿寮客棧入住客的設計回饋。「台東2626市集」是全國農村市集典範之一，也是東台灣農村公益平台，凡是符合環保、有機、樂活、在地生產、手作或文創的條件，都可免費申請設攤。市集成立以來，沒有舞台音響或發電機噪音，隧道的大樹當洋傘，讓武陵綠色隧道有種不喧鬧的自然清幽，廖中勳表示，設攤讓在地人有個免費創業平台，平均每場次維持在50攤左右，近千名民眾走訪，不少設攤人藉由這個平台，累積創業基金與客源，在地方開起了自家店面。
此處還有「誠實商店」，裡頭有「2626農村小舖」，義賣了許多物品用來做為公益及建設社區之用，義賣物品中有許多是小朋友的文具用品，還有童書繪本及青少年讀物，特別的是，這是間誠實商店，自己算錢，自己投錢。
